BVA Group’s Alexander Walther presented on the AICPA’s Annual Economic Damages Case Law Update webcast for a second year. During the webinar, Alexander and his co-panelists provided an overview of recent court decisions related to experts testifying on economic damages that would be added to the AICPA Case Repository. The AICPA Case Repository and webinar are the results of a multi-year process involving the research of numerous cases, the review of case law and court opinions, and the summarizing of relevant materials identified. Other BVA professionals assisted Alexander in researching and summarizing cases for inclusion in the AICPA Case Repository and associated webinar.
